As a physical therapist, youll independently guide patients and families through the journey of assessment, goalsetting, and handson treatmenthelping them regain strength, mobility, and confidence. From crafting personalized goals and plans to selecting the perfect therapeutic techniques, you bring clarity, motivation, and expert care to each unique situation. Youll educate patients and families, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, document progress with precision, and uphold the highest standards of safety, ethics, and practice. Youll guide patients through a paced inpatient rotation as they move toward recovery using your specialized training, flexibility, professionalism, and heart to serve as an essential partner at every step of the rehabilitation journey. Required Qualifications:




  • Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program


  • Texas Physical Therapist License upon hire


  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire



Preferred Qualifications:




  • 2 years of experience in rehabilitation

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
