In addition, you will problem-solve both daily and future challenges in a fast-paced environment. This role has an intense focus and dedication to delivering a high-quality product and processes.</p><p></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>Routine execution of inventory management systems</li><li>Ensuring efficient utilization of the space</li><li>Performing cycle count and reconciliation activities to ensure inventory accuracy</li><li>SAP Inventory Management</li><li>Assists in regulatory inspection and perform safety and quality audits</li><li>Answering relevant questions about packaging, methods, storage, and inventory for internal and external clients.</li><li>Contact with freight forwarder, receiving parties and internal clients.</li><li>Train and follow standard operation procedures and work instructions</li><li>Follow GMP guidelines and safety guidelines and regulations</li><li>Fulfill Orders/ Replenishment to Manufacturing and QC Operations</li><li>Always adhere to health and safety rules and regulations</li><li>Label warehouse stock for quick and easy identification and retrieval</li><li>Wear protective clothing and equipment as required</li><li>Adherence to training requirements</li><li>Responsible for GDP (Good documentation practices)</li><li>Adhere to schedule / policies/ and group guidelines</li><li>Execution of Patient Apheresis Receipts and Shipment of Final CAR-T Product</li><li>Full fill orders and replenishment to operations function</li><li>Process all inbound materials and put away</li><li>May perform other duties as assigned</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Qualifications / Requirements:</b></p><p><b>Education</b></p><ul><li>Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent.</li></ul><p><b>Experience and Skills:</b></p><p><b>Required</b></p><ul><li>4 years of relevant work experience</li><li>Experience preferred within any of the following areas: distribution, manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain</li><li>Inventory Management experience</li><li>Cold chain supply chain knowledge; includes handling of multiple temperature conditions such as 2-8C, 30C, -80C, and -120C.</li><li>Proven initiative, creativity, assertiveness, and leadership skills</li><li>MS Office Suite proficiency preferred, including (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems</li></ul><p><b>Preferred</b></p><ul><li>Cryopod Filling Station experience</li><li>Cryofreezer/ LN2 Handling</li><li>Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) or Good Practices (GxP)</li></ul><p><b>Other</b></p><ul><li>Availability to work Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 4:30 PM is required</li><li>Ability to accommodate changes in the schedule including working in other shifts as per operational needs is required</li><li>Ability to travel up to 10% domestically</li></ul><p></p><p><i>Johnson & Johnson is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
