USSF OTTI Cybersecurity/Zero Trust Lead
Join General Dynamics IT and be a part of a team that solve some of the world's most complex technical challenges.We are seeking a Cyber / Zero Trust Lead to build infrastructure for the USSF Operational Test and Training Infrastructure (OTTI)in Colorado Springs, CO.
NOTE: This is a proposal position and considered a Key Personnel (KP) role on the program. Award is expected in Summer 2026.
Position Summary:
TheCyber / Zero Trust Lead for USSF OTTIserves as the senior cybersecurity authority responsible for architecture, implementation, and governance of cybersecurity, Zero Trust, RMF, and compliance strategies across the OTTI ecosystem. This role ensures OTTIs distributed test and training environmentsmaintainmission assurance, security compliance, and resilient cyber posture across enterprise and edge deployments.
Key Responsibilities:
Cybersecurity Architecture
Define OTTI cybersecurity architecture and Zero Trust implementation roadmap.
Architect secure enclave, identity, network, and data protection strategies.
Integrate security into OTTI cloud, platform, data, and synthetic environment architectures.
RMF / Compliance / ATO Support
Lead RMF, ATO, and continuous ATO/cATOimplementation activities.
Ensure compliance with DoW/USSF cyber requirements, STIGs, and security baselines.
SupporteMASS/Xacta/CORE and related compliance tooling/processes.
Security Operations / Monitoring
Implement monitoring, logging, SIEM, vulnerability management, and incident response integration.
Support cyber readiness and resilience of distributed OTTI nodes.
Technical Leadership
Serve as cybersecurity SME to Government and Program Leadership.
Mentor cyber/security engineering personnel.
Conduct security architecture reviews and risk assessments.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
10+ years cybersecurity engineering/architecture experience.
5+ years leading Zero Trust / RMF / DoW cybersecurity programs.
