Sr Nurse Practitioner I - Critical Care Resuscitation Unit (CCRU) Job Requirements
The University of Maryland Medical Center is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Nurse Practitioner I to join our Critical Care Resuscitation Unit (CCRU). Key Responsibilities:
Provide advanced clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment in a critical care setting
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Manage complex and high-acuity patients within the CCRU
Participate in clinical decision-making and care coordination
Engage in quality improvement, education, and academic initiatives
Support evidence-based practice within a fast-paced critical care environment

Work Experience
35 years of NP experience
Active Maryland Nurse Practitioner license in good standing
National board certification in specialty area preferred
NPI, DEA, and CDS registration required
Current BLS (Healthcare Provider) and ACLS certification required
Masters degree in Nursing or completion of an accredited NP/PA program with appropriate Maryland Board attestation
Advanced professional level preparation required
