Test Center Administrator

Please note this is a temporary position that will go through the end of October 2026

Responsibilities
The Test Administrator is responsible for providing secure exam delivery and excellent customer service in a friendly, comfortable testing environment. In this position you will be required to:
Comply with all testing procedures and strictly adhere to company policies using sound judgment
Check in candidates, verify identification, and explain the exam process
Proctor/invigilate candidates during testing
Troubleshoot technical issues in coordination with internal support teams
Complete light housekeeping duties, such as vacuuming floors and sanitizing keyboards after each candidate has complete their exam
Complete other duties as assigned
Schedule Requirements
Availability to work a variety of shifts Monday through Saturday between 7:30 AM and 10:00 PM
Ability to work at least 2 Saturdays per month
Occasional Sunday shifts may be required, though they are infrequent
Must be open to flexible scheduling
This is a strictly parttime position, scheduled for 519 hours per week , with the expectation to work additional hours if needed
Schedules are provided at least 2 weeks in advance
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (required)
Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience preferred
Experience proctoring or invigilating exams is highly preferred
Must be Flexible with work hours and days
Beginner to intermediate experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to sit for long periods and escort candidates to and from the testing room
Ability to bend, stoop, and lift to 20 lbs. with reasonable accommodation
Comfortable working in a quiet testing environment, with the ability to pay attention to detail
