Maximus is seeking an accomplished Senior Client Account and Engagement Manager to support the Federal Civilian market. As a member of the Federal Civilian Technical Services team, this position will be responsible for supporting new business opportunities throughout the procurement cycle, will serve as the senior executive interface to federal clients, and will drive strategic planning, compliance, and long-term account growth. Upon contract award, this position will encompass managing agency programs through implementation, responsible for operational excellence, contractual and program financial performance, and client relationship management.
As a leader within the Federal Civilian team, this position reports to the Managing Director, Federal Civilian Technical Services portfolio. It is paramount this individual has an extensive understanding of portfolio specific department (IT) programs, market trends, acquisition strategies, and transformation initiatives across agencies, including but not limited to EPA, Transportation, Interior, USDA, HUD, OPM, Energy, NNSA and NRC.
This position is hybrid and requires a Public Trust clearance.
