Job Description
Primary Job Function:
The primary focus of thisnewposition, within the Finance Shared Services(FSS)organization,is to providesupport to theGlobal Process Lead,Procure to Payin the sub process area ofVendor Management,specificallyto coordinate the centralization of all US VendorMaster Activities into a single groupin FSS.
Currently Vendor Master transactions in all US company codes are very de-centralized, with many infrequent users. This leads to data quality problems,potential audit risks, elongated cycle times and excessive queries placed with theFSS Vendor Master TeamThis rolewill coordinate a new team to migrate all the US Vendor Master activitiesinto FSS to reduce processing variability, speed up transaction processing and reduce any risks.
The role will report to the Global Process Lead,Procureto Pay,be ideallylocatedin Lake County and be able toobservethe new Hybrid Working of attendingthe workplace3 days a week
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Be highly involved in theoperational preparedness of the new team leading to launch in Q2 2026
Prepare Service Level Agreementfor transactional processing timesand prepare reporting metrics
Work with Change Management on the overall communication of the initiative
Ongoing Managementof the team asthe teammovesfrom Launch to Hypercare to Business as Usual.
Respond to queries from the US business
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
2-5years ofVendor MasterTransactionalProcessingin the US
The candidateideallyshouldalsopossessthe following skills:
Ariba SM and DSP Requestorrole experience
The ability topeoplemanageacrosstimezones
The ability to interact with and supportUS Business stakeholders with their Vendor Master requirements
Strong data analytical skills to produce regular andaccuratereporting
Understand the fundamentals of Master Data Governance
Project Management
Strong organizational, analytical, problem solving, planning anddecision makingskills and ability to work independently
Extensive interpersonal skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills,including a high energylevel
The ability to manage and coordinate multiple activities and shifting priorities under tighttimeframes
A highly motivated self-starter who can translate broad directions intohigh quality analytical output
Open tonew ideas, creative andutilizesvalue-added principles in approach
Preferred Qualifications:
Power BI and any AI skills are welcomed
