This position requires meaningful interactions with students and staff in a variety of settings. Provides internal communication, documentation and interventions toward students in crisis and/or in the conduct process. The Residential Advocacy and Conduct Coordinator functionally supervises and oversees the residential hearing officers’ case management, educational sanctions’ learning process, crisis management, well-being follow up reports, and serves in the senior level on call rotation; while performing their work in a student-centered manner that promotes excellence in development, innovation, and collaboration.
